semi-private performance training

Same Coaching Shared Sessions

Big-box group classes trade attention for headcount. You get a general workout, a room full of strangers, and a coach who can't possibly watch your form, your history, or your goals closely enough to matter.

Semi-Private Performance Training is built for people who want real coaching — just not always alone.

the format

Small groups of typically two to four, matched by goals and ability, coached together in the same session — with the same individualized attention as one-on-one work.

You are never handed a class plan and left to keep up. Every session is actively coached, every rep is watched, and your programming is built around your movement, your sport, and your history — even when you're training alongside a partner, spouse, or friend.

What This Pathway Delivers

A Comprehensive Movement Assessment for every participant

Each person in the group starts with their own full evaluation. Shared sessions never mean shared programming — your plan is built around your body, not averaged across the group.

Active Hands-On Coaching

With two to four people per session instead of one, you still get real-time cueing, correction, and adjustment — coaching that keeps pace with each person in the room, not a routine running on autopilot.

The Motivation of Training Alongside Someone Else

Many active adults stay more consistent, push harder, and enjoy the process more when training with a spouse, friend, or fellow competitor. Semi-Private sessions are built to capture that benefit without losing coaching quality.

Evidence-Based Programming, Shared Intensity

Sessions draw on the same NASM-based corrective exercise, functional movement, and progressive strength principles used in one-on-one Pathways — built to accommodate multiple people working at their own level within the same session.

Who This Pathway Is For

  • Couples, friends, or training partners who want to work out together without sacrificing individualized coaching

  • Active adults who thrive on shared accountability and a bit of friendly competition

  • Sports-specific groups, league teammates, doubles partners, or regular golf buddies: training together with programming tailored to each person's game

  • Anyone who wants the attentiveness of personal training at a more accessible price point

Why It Works

The value of coaching comes from attention, not exclusivity. Keeping groups small — two to four people, never more — protects the coaching quality that makes a program effective in the first place, while making performance training more accessible to more people.
